Endeavour HQ Consultancy

Teaching and learning is my speciality. Through Endeavour HQ Consultancy, I work with Headteachers, Senior Leaders, Teachers and Governors to support schools and raise standards driven by research.

Support includes:

  • Helping leaders shape a clear vision for the curriculum based on the school’s unique needs

  • School development planning and review

  • Curriculum design and development

  • Subject Leader support including work scrutiny, lesson dips, auditing and action planning

  • Coaching, mentoring and demonstration lessons

  • Assessment advice and analysis

  • Targeted interventions

Support can be provided according to the needs of the school or individual.

‘Teacher Talk’ Zoom or phone coaching/mentoring sessions are also available.
